At present, industries such as automobiles and home appliances are putting forward increasingly higher requirements for the high-temperature resistance of materials, such as automotive interior and exterior parts, dishwashers, toasters, dryers, home appliance shells, medical devices and other application fields. To evaluate the improvement effect of the Omnistab UT7570 on the processing stability of polymers, we conducted multiple extrusions (260℃, 5KG PC/ABS) through a screw extruder. After 10 minutes, 15 minutes and 20 minutes, the melt flow index (MFI) was measured respectively. The change of the melt flow index of the sample relative to the melt flow index under standard conditions was evaluated, and the results are shown in the table below.



When the Omnistab UT7570 is added to PC/ABS alloy, the increase in MFI is significantly reduced compared with other stabilizers. Among them, the melt flow index (MFI) of the #5 and #6 blends changed the least after multiple extrusions, indicating that the Omnistab UT7570 significantly improves the thermal stability of PC/ABS during processing and has a synergistic effect when used in combination with AN168.

Omnistab UT7570 is suitable for PP, PE, POE and olefin copolymers. It can provide excellent color and melt stability for materials and achieve good protective effects with a relatively low dosage.

UT7570 is suitable for PC, PA and other engineering plastics and special plastics that require high-temperature processing. The UT7570 has excellent high-temperature resistance, is resistant to precipitation, and can maintain color and torque stability.

UT7570 has excellent hydrolysis resistance and can also be used in high-end biodegradable plastics such as PLA and PGA.
